Huaruo Industrial Group and Zhengzhou University of Industry Technology discuss school-enterprise cooperation

        In the afternoon of March 9, 2022，Four people from Huaruo Industrial Group,including Shao Xiaodong,Deputy General Manager of the Personnel and Administration Department, Shao Long, Li Ya ,representative of the Personnel and Administration Department, and  Ming Shasha, representative of the International Trade Department, were led by Mr. Sun Shuaisheng from the School of Foreign Languages to discuss school-enterprise cooperation with Professor Hu Tianfu, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, Associate Professor Zhang Fengjuan, Assistant Dean of Teaching, Li Ying, Assistant Dean of Student Management, and Associate Professor Chang Yujie, Director of the Practical Training Management Centre.

       First of all, Professor Hu, expressed a warm welcome to the visit of the leaders of Huaruo Industrial Group and emphasized the importance of internships for students of the School of Foreign Languages. Shao Xiaodong, deputy general manager of the personnel and administration department of Huaruo Industrial Group, elaborated the company's hiring needs and said that We are currently in need of business English and international trade professionals for our international trade department, hoping to train fresh graduates together with the school, hoping that we can make progress together as friends and go further and further. Then, Shao Long, a member of the Personnel Administration Department of Huaruo Industrial Group, played a promotional video of the group, and Li Ya, a member of the Personnel Administration Department, gave a PowerPoint presentation, introducing in detail to the college leaders the group's overview, main business and the volume of the industry.

       During the meeting, Li Ying, Assistant Dean of Student Management, gave a comprehensive explanation of the cognitive internship, graduation internship and employment needs of students in the School of Foreign Languages. At the same time, Shao Xiaodong, Deputy General Manager of the Personnel and Administration Department, also introduced to Dean Li the nature of work, job content, length of probationary period, salary and other related issues during the students' internship. Next, Zhang Fengjuan,Assistant Dean of Teaching, gave additional explanations on the agreement signed between the two sides of the school-enterprise cooperation. Finally, Shao Xiaodong, Deputy General Manager of the Personnel and Administration Department, expressed his hope that the institute could deliver high-quality talents who strive for virtue and knowledge, who are full of heart and with strong plasticity to the enterprise, and looked forward to the cooperation with the university.

       Through the talks, both sides expressed their hope to reach a school-enterprise cooperation as soon as possible to realize the vision of mutual benefit and common development.
