Production and operation status of key refractory enterprises

        According to statistics, the total number of refractory enterprises in the industry in 2020 was 1,873, with prime operating revenue of 193.64 billion yuan and total profit of 11.41 billion yuan.  According to the statistical analysis of the operation of 69 key refractory material enterprises, the output of 69 refractory materials was 9,968,400 tons (including some refractory materials), which was 2.43% lower than that of last year.Sales revenue was 51.754 billion yuan, down 5.25% year on year; The profit was 4.03 billion yuan.The total tax revenue of key enterprises was 3.238 billion yuan, a decrease of 13.89% compared with 2019, which was lower than the average tax revenue decline of the main refractory producing areas in 2020.
       In 2020, there are 14 refractory production enterprises with prime operating revenue of more than 1 billion yuan,6 enterprises with more than 2 billion yuan and 3 enterprises with more than 3 billion yuan. The operation quality of large enterprises is still improving compared with 2019.
       The comparison of the operating conditions of the four large listed companies in the industry in 2020 and 2019 shows that the sales revenue growth of the four listed companies is significantly higher than the average of the industry, and the net profit is good.Although the average price of the industry in 2020 is lower than that in 2019, the four listed companies give full play to the market advantages of leading enterprises through scientific and technological innovation, new product development, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The average profit margin of the four enterprises' sales revenue is higher than the average level of key enterprises in the industry, further indicating that the advantageous enterprises are developing well.
       In 2020, the export trade of key enterprises ran smoothly. According to the statistics of the association, there are 14 key enterprises with an export trade volume of more than 100 million yuan, accounting for 83.90% of the total export trade of key enterprises.Considering the objective reality that the end demand of foreign steel market is decreasing, the export of refractory materials in 2020 is quite well.
