A successful ending of the 2019 Huaruo Industrial Group Spring team- building activity

       On a beautiful spring morning of Thursday, March 14th, 2019, in order to harmonize the company personnel atmosphere and enhance employees' cohesiveness and sense of belonging to the company, a team building activities with the theme of “concentrating and creating brilliance” organized by Huaruo Industrial Group. The event was selected at the marvel national 4A-level scenic spot--Xinxiang Baoquan Scenic Area.All the employees participated in the whole event, the 2019 Huaruo Industrial Group's spring team-building activities ended with a successfully and fully accordance to the plan.
       On the way to the train base, our instructor Haikuang introduce himself and create a lot of fun, it has mobilized everyone's enthusiasm for participating in the activities and eased the tension. After arriving at the destination, everyone changed the camouflage uniform and the instructor led a series of basic military training to cultivate the organizational discipline of the employees. After a morning of basic military training, we enjoyed a simple and delicious farmer's meal and took a lunch break. After that, we started the “trust fall”, the sand table game - “fishing man” and other activities, which cultivated the team spirit cooperation spirit of the employees and employees’ sense of responsibility to the company. After dinner, the first day was completed with the game "Traffic Block".
       At seven o'clock next morning, everyone suit up and started to hiking under the mountain wind lead by the instructor. After returning to the base, we play the game "Blind Square", giving employees a deeper understanding of "trust". After lunch, it was “bumpy life road”. In the last, by acting the blind and mute people respectively, the employees of the company understood the importance of gratitude and have some deep impression. After the event, we return back to home at two o'clock in the afternoon. All the employees in this team-building activity are actively participated and appreciate it with their heart.
       At the beginning of the New Year, new employees to join the Huaruo Industrial Group injected a batch of fresh blood. This activity not only honed the will of Huaruo people, but also strengthened their determination to unite and strive together to achieve the company's goals. It also enhanced their sense of responsibility and mission, created a more progressive corporate culture, and laid a more solid foundation for the vigorous development of Huaruo Industrial Group. After the spring team-building activity, we believe that Huaruo Industrial Group will have a more brilliant tomorrow!
